Each package has its own discount tiers. General rule:

• Weekly: 15%

• 2-weekly: 10%

• 4-weekly: 5%

Anything longer than 4 weeks has no discount.

Most people choose every 4 weeks (over 70% of our recurring customers), so if you’re unsure, that’s the best place to start.

After your first valet, do a simple check-in with yourself: • After 1–2 weeks – if you’re still happy with how the car looks and feels, 4-weekly is the sweet spot. • If it’s bothering you after a couple of weeks, drop to 2-weekly. • If you get to the 4-week mark and it still feels “too clean to bother”, we can always push you out to every 8 weeks instead.

Our data and experience both point to 4-weekly as the best balance for most cars – clean enough often enough, without overdoing it.

Yes. Add as many as you like. Just make sure they’re available at the same time. If not, create separate bookings.

As long as we can access the car (keys left with concierge, family member, neighbour, or unlocked vehicle), the valet can go ahead. If we can’t access it, the slot is chargeable.

We try our best to keep it consistent. If your usual valeter isn’t available, we’ll send another senior valeter who knows your booking history.

Yes. You can pause or skip any appointment as long as you give us 24 hours’ notice.

Yes. You can move between weekly, two-weekly or 4-weekly anytime. Just message us and we’ll adjust it.

If the weather is unsafe or makes the service impossible, we’ll reschedule you with priority. Recurring customers are always moved first.
